PABIC Video Conferencing event 2008
VIDEO CONFERENCING FACILITY AT THE L. E. J. NATIONAL SCIENCE INFORMATION CENTER

brings together biotechnology and life science
professionals from all over the world.
Jointly organized by Higher Education Commission,
Islamabad, International Center for Chemical and
Biological Sciences (ICCBS), Latif Ebrahim Jamal
National Science Information Center (L.E.J) and
Pakistan Biotechnology Information Center (PABIC).
We are also inviting eminent scientists for video
conferencing in different fields of science
especially biotechnology and Genetic Engineering
from foreign as well as local universities and
academic institutions.
In response to these invitations, we have received
positive feed back from more than 2,000 scientists
worldwide who were interested to deliver lectures
in this on-line lecture program.
IP based video conferencing session is being used in the video conferencing facility.
We have following Video Conferencing System:
• Tandberg 6000MXP
• Polycom VSX7000
Our IP address that can be dialed to establish a session is: 202.83.175.181 (24 Hours) .We have dedicated 1024Kbps (CIR) bandwidth during the video conferencing session.
Note: “We are not using ISDN line”
