The organizing Committee cordially invites the Scientists, Academicians and Researchers in various disciplines of Agriculture and Animal sciences to contribute papers/ participate in the Conference scheduled to be held from 27th - 29th November 2007 at Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam-Pakistan.

 

 


Conference Program

Each day, the proceedings will start at 9.00 am by a Plenary session comprising of a presentation by a key note speaker followed by Technical Sessions.  There shall be two tea breaks at 10.30 am and 5.00 pm with lunch and prayer break from 02:00 pm to 03.30 pm.  Each speaker will have 15 minutes including 10 minutes for oral presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.  Each participant can orally present only one paper in the conference.

Publication of Extended Abstracts :

 

All the contributing scientists are requested to submit the hard and soft copies (on CD) of their extended abstract as per schedule.  Only one abstract will be accepted for oral presentation. The abstracts thus submitted will be evaluated by committee of experts and letters of acceptance shall be sent accordingly. All the accepted abstracts shall be published and will be presented to the contributors in the Conference. 
The extended abstract should not exceed more than 4 pages (A4, Single Space, Arial Narrow Font, 10pt font size). The extract should include (a) Title (b) Authors (c)  Abstract (d) Brief Introduction (e) Methodology (f) Key Results (g) Discussion (h) conclusions (i) Acknowledgement and (j) Bibliography.

 

Sindh Agriculture University :


Sindh Agriculture University is located at 18 Km from Hyderabad on Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas high way and is about 200 Km from Karachi airport linked with super high way to Hyderabad.  The university is one of its kind that caters the manpower needs for Agriculture sector of the provinces of Sindh and Balochistan.  The academic setup of the university comprises of five full-fledged faculties, an Information Technology Centre, Institute of Food Science and Technology, Directorate of Advanced Studies and Research, Directorate of Farms, Sports Complex and Central Library. The university awards B.Sc. (Agri) / B.E (Agri) / DVM / BSIT; M.Sc.(Agri) Hons / M.E (Agri) / MSIT; M.Phil and Ph.D degrees in all agricultural disciplines including Agricultural Engineering, Animal Sciences, Social Sciences and Information Technology.   The university has one of the largest residential complex for accommodating over 2500 students on campus.


Weather:

Weather of SAU Tandojam during conference days would be clear and dry with mercury touching to 20ºC.
