Khan Director NIBGE highlighted the biosafety issues and the role of national biosafety community (NBC) and explained the development of biotech in agriculture health environment and industrial factors. He pointed that the major constrains on biotech are technical skills infrastructure, funds, education system and lack of professionalism.
